REFUND POLICY
 
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your records being 
retrieved from the database and sent to the email or fax provided
by you on the order form by calling the Service Center at 
(800)416-6504.

We ask that you have your invoice number ready to give to the 
Representative for faster service. 

All warehoused/archived orders (bankruptcies filed prior to 1998)
are final. 

All "research fees" that applies to archived files (prior to 1998)
are final and non refundable. Your Service Representative will 
advise you of this prior to you placing your order.
