Please note that if your bankruptcy was filed 1999 or prior, it will not be in the database and will need to be custom ordered by calling the Service Center at (800) 416-6504.
Orders placed Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM (CST), will receive their bankruptcy records within 2 hours. If ordered after business hours, your order will be processed and emailed the next business day, within 2 hours.
After your order is complete, the first email you receive will be your receipt, it will contain your "invoice ID number". Please keep this for your records in case you have a question after you have placed your order.
The second email you receive will contain your bankruptcy records via .pdf attachment. Depending on your case and the documents ordered, it could be between 2-70 pages. These are your actual documents, not just a "summary" of your bankruptcy that you receive when you use a "search engine" to try and locate court records. If you do not see the email that contains your records in your email "in box" within 2 hours, please check your "junk mail", depending on your email carrier and the filters that apply.
If we are unable to locate your bankruptcy, you will receive an email from the Service Center asking for additional information or to verify all the information on the order form was entered correctly. Your method of payment will not be captured until your bankruptcy records have been located and emailed to you.
You may also call to verify you have the correct information or verify the availability of your records, prior to placing your order.
