Discharge Records are the official signed document, that is filed by the Trustee / Judge after the bankruptcy is complete.

The Discharge Records are what is needed for proof that the bankruptcy has been completely discharged or dismissed and is closed. 

Note: If your bankruptcy Discharged within the last 30 calendar days, your Discharge records are FREE
